Three civil defense personnel and four workers were injured, while putting out a fire that broke out on Wednesday in a battery factory in Jader neighborhood in Bani Al-Harith district of the capital Sana’a.

An official in the Civil Defense Authority stated that the firefighting teams were able to put out the fire that broke out on the second floor of the battery factory and prevented its extention to the first floor and the neighboring houses.

The competent security authorities are investigating the causes of the fire, the official added.
