HODEIDAH, The Acting Governor of Hodeidah province Mohammed Ayash Qahim and director of the Office of Public Health and Population Dr. Khalid al-Madani have opened al-Hali Health Center in al Hali district after its rehabilitation at a total cost of $40,000.
Qahim reviewed the parts of the health center, hailing the efforts of the local council and the health office in the district in rehabilitating it to provide health services to citizens as well as the role of the health and nursing staff in the center and their steadfastness despite the continued escalation of the aggression.
He stressed that the rehabilitation and restoration of the health center in the district would contribute to raising the level of providing health and treatment services in the district.
The restoration of the health center in the district came in coordination with the branch of Yemen’s Red Crescent Society in the province with the support of the Danish Red Crescent, included the facilities of the center in addition to building and equipping three new rooms, district director Abdulmonem al-Refai and health director in the district Abdulhakim Haza’a explained.
