The Governor of Dhamar Province, Muhammad Nasser Al-Bukhaiti, inaugurated on Wednesday the annual afforestation season in the province, which is implemented by the Agriculture and Irrigation Office.

At the inauguration, Al-Bukhaiti stressed the importance of afforestation and the expansion of planting fruit trees and forestry in implementation of the directives of the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik bin Badr al-Din al-Houthi, and the Supreme Political Council.

The governor urged the cooperation of various official agencies and community components in making this year's afforestation season a success in a way that contributes to increasing green spaces.
