Aggression’s cluster bombs kill, injure 112 women

The Yemen Executive Mine Action Center (YEMAC) monitored the death and injury of 112 women during the period 2015-2021 by cluster bombs dropped by the Saudi-led aggression coalition warplanes on Yemen.

In a report received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the center confirmed the cluster bombs killed 36 women and injured 76 during the past years.

YEMAC's statistic comes at a time when the countries of the world celebrate the International Women's Day, while women in Yemen are exposed on a daily basis to all kinds of violations by the aggression coalition through the dropping of internationally prohibited bombs on several provinces in light of the dubious silence of the international community.

The Center called on the international community, the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to stop the violations and crimes committed by the aggression coalition against Yemeni women.
