SANAA, Yemen's Army Spokesman Yahay Sarie denied on Friday the Yemen's envoy Martin Griffiths' allegations in his briefing to the UN Security Council about stopping airstrikes on Yemen by the Saudi-led aggression coalition.

The spokesman said in a statement that Griffiths' briefing in the Security Council on reducing the military escalation by the coalition, has contradicted events on the ground.

Sarie added, "The aggression continues to escalate through the daily military infiltrations and the ongoing air strikes on Saada in private and various Yemeni provinces in general.

On Thursday, Griffiths offered his briefing to the UN Security Council about stooping the coalition airstrikes on Yemen and de-escalation militarily in fronts.
