China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi said the US has become “the main destroyer” of peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.

Wang Yi noted that the Chinese government will undoubtedly complete the process of reunification with Taiwan.

In a statement, the top diplomat stressed that “Taiwan’s problem arose when the country was weak and was in chaos, it will definitely finalize as the nation revives.”

“We will leave no space for external interference and to forces supporting Taiwan’s independence,” he said.

He went on to say that effort to court Beijing using the Taiwan issue is predestined to fail.
