Code of professional conduct in Bayda province launched

Bayda governor on Wednesday launched a code of professional conduct and work ethics in public units in Bayda province.

At the inauguration, the governor Abdullah Idris stressed the importance of adhering to the code as it stems from the faith identity that enhances loyalty to God Almighty, sincerity in work and a sense of responsibility in the employees’ relationship with their duties, considering the code an achievement that contributes to improving services and improving performance through adherence to a set of values and principles that promote Transparency and honesty.

The governor reviewed the contents of the code of professional conduct, which revolves around the basic role of public service units represented in providing services to citizens based on commitment and straightening the employees’ relationship with their duties.

At the inauguration, director of the civil service office in the province Fadl al-Awadi explained that the code includes many functional values and principles that contribute to the development of work and discipline in tasks, leading to the improvement of the services of the public office in its relations with society.
