The local authority in Raymah received on Wednesday the first batch of diesel and cement as part of a project to support community initiatives in the province.
The first batch is funded by the Central Emergency Development Interventions Unit at the Ministry of Finance.
The first phase of the project includes 150,000 liters of diesel and 17,000 bags of cement to support community initiatives in the field of paving, expanding and restoring roads in various districts in Raymah.
The Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs stressed the importance of supporting and encouraging community initiatives in the province of Raymah, which came to support community initiatives as an essential part of the development process.
Abu Luhum stressed the need to focus on priority initiatives and the most disadvantaged areas of service and development projects.
Governor Raymah Fares al-Habari stressed the province’s need for the intervention of the central authorities to implement service and development projects that meet the needs of the people of the province.
He pointed out that the province’s community initiatives in the field of roads and others are more than 300 initiatives that need support from the concerned authorities.
