Sana'a: An event was held at Martyr Ahmed Mabkhout Secondary School in Al-Kharbah area of Bani Hashish District, Sana'a Governorate, to mark the anniversary of the Prophet Muhammad's birthday.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Head of the Educational Sector in Sana'a Governorate, Mohammed Khamis, emphasized the importance of commemorating the occasion as a spiritual and educational opportunity. He encouraged reflection on the Prophet's life to strengthen attachment to him and follow his example. Khamis highlighted the responsibility of educational personnel in raising students' awareness of the Prophet's biography, leadership, moral virtues, and his role in building a strong nation.
Khamis also called upon educational leaders, teachers, students, and residents to participate in the central celebration of the Prophet's birthday scheduled for next Tuesday. He commended the school administration and staff for organizing the event and other related activities.
Speeches by Bani Hashish District Deputy Education Official Osama Al-Sairafi, school principal Adel Khamis, and students underscored the significance of the occasion. They emphasized the importance of commemorating it as an expression of devotion to the Prophet Muhammad.
