Expatriate Affairs Ministry condemns Saudi regime’s execution of expatriate Bashar Al-Ashari

The Ministry of Expatriate Affairs condemned the crime committed by the Saudi regime today by executing the 16-year-old Yemeni citizen, Bashar Moath Al-Ashari, on fabricated charges.

The ministry also denounced, in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the Saudi regime's issuance of a 30-year prison sentence against the expatriate young man, Ahmed Moaz Al-Ashari, on a fabricated charge, considering these crimes an extension of the Saudi authorities' continuous violations of human rights.

The Ministry affirmed that what the Saudi authorities are carrying out of executions of Yemeni citizens residing on its lands confirms their criminality, disregard for international and humanitarian agreements, charters and laws.

It called on the UN and international organizations concerned with human rights to take responsibility and play their part in the violations committed by the Saudi regime.
