The Ministry of Fisheries and the local authority in Taiz province have held a meeting to establish a fish marketing company and a central market for selling fish and aquatic organisms in the province.

The meeting dealt with the directives of the Higher Agricultural and Fisheries Committee and the leadership of the local authority in the province to establish the company and the central market with the participation of the relevant authorities in the fisheries sector and investors wishing to invest in this field.

The meeting also approved the formation of a joint committee to establish to serve the citizens and the fish sector.
