SANA’A, Nov. 27 (Saba) – Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Foreign Affairs of Albania Olta Xhacka.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to his Albanian counterpart on the occasion of her country’s National Day.
