Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Wednesday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Angola Téte António.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to António on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
