Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Brazil Carlos Alberto Franco França.
In the cable, Sharaf congratulated França, the Brazilian government and people on the occasion of the country's National Day.
