Minister of Foreign Affai Hisham Sharaf sent a cable of congratulations to Foreign Minister Christophe Lutundula Apala of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Apala on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
