The Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Communities of Guinea-Bissau Suzi Carla Barbosa.

In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Barbosa on the occasion of her country's celebrations of the National Day.
