Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Sunday sent cables of congratulations to Foreign Minister and International Relations of the Kingdom of Lesotho Matsibo Moliz Ramakawa.
In the cables, Sharaf congratulated Ramakawa on the occasion of his country's National Day.
