Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf sent on Tuesday congratulatory cables to Foreign Minister of Micronesia Kandhi A. Elieisar, Foreign Minister of Panama Erika Mouynes and Foreign Minister of the Dominican Republic Kenneth Darroux.

In the cables, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Elieisar, Mouynes, and Darroux on the occasions of their countries' celebrations of the National Days.
