The Minister of Foreign Affairs in the caretaker government, Engineer Hisham Sharaf Abdallah, sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Ahmed Attaf, on the occasion of Algerian people’s celebrations of National Day.

In the cables Sharaf expressed his congrats to Attaf on his country's National Day.
