Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent a cable of congratulations to Foreign Minister Affairs of Kuwait Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Nasser Al-Mohammed Al-Sabah.
In the cables, Sharaf expressed congratulations to his Kuwaiti counterpart on the occasion of his country's celebrations of the National Day.
