Foreign Minister Hisham Sharaf on Saturday sent a cable of congratulations to Foreign Minister of the Republic of Niger Hassoumi Massaoudou.
In the cable, Sharaf congratulated his counterpart and the Nigerien government and people on the occasion of their country's National Day.
