Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Monday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Paraguay Dr. Euclides Esvedo.

In the cable, Sharaf offered his congratulations to Esvedo on the occasion of his country's National Day.
