Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Saturday sent two cables of congratulations to Foreign Ministers of Russia Sergey Lavrov and of the Philippines Teodoro Locsin.

In the cables, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Lavrov and Locsin on the occasion of their countries' celebrations of the National Days.
