Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Thursday a congratulatory cable to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Tonga Fekitamoeloa Katoa Utoikamanu.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Utoikamanu on the occasion of her country’s National Day.
