Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uganda Haji Abubaker Jeje Odongo.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Odongo on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
