Minister of Foreign Affairs Hisham Sharaf on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Bùi Thanh Son.

In the cable, Sharaf congratulated Son, the government, and the people of Vietnam on the occasion of the country's National Day.
