Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf, on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Principality of Monaco, Laurent Anselmi.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed congratulations to Anselmi on the occasion of his country's celebration of the National Day.
