A bomb blast killed four Palestinian young men and injured 19 others at Malakah refugee camp near the eastern borders of Gaza Strip, medical sources said on Wednesday. The bombing and concurrent gunfire by the Israeli occupation forces took place during a celebration organized by the Palestinian "revolutionary youth" group to mark the 18th anniversary of the Israeli withdrawal from the Strip, said spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health-Gaza Dr. Ashraf Al-Qedra.
The Israeli forces used live ammunition and tear gas to disperse the Palestinian gathering and then the blast hit near the border security fence, Dr. Al-Qedra noted, adding that the victims were rushed to Al-Shifa hospital in Gaza City.
