The number of Palestinians killed in Israeli occupation air and ground attacks on the Gaza Strip has risen to 2,808, in addition to 1,0850 wounded, the Palestinian Health Ministry said on Monday.

The Palestinian news agency, WAFA, said 64 percent of the martyrs are women, noting that a total of 936 female Palestinians have been killed along with up to 853 children as well as 37 martyrs from the medical cadres.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian journalists union said 11 journalists died and more than 20 others were wounded in the Israeli aggression that started on October 7.
