The Public Health and Population Office in Hajjah province closed 16 medical centers in Hajjah districts violating the ministerial standards and conditions turning them into clinics.
Director of Hajjah Health Office Dr. Ahmed al-Kuhlani praised the efforts of the ministerial committees in evaluating the medical and diagnostic centers, stressing the importance of these campaigns to improve performance to serve citizens in a good manner.
Director of the Medical Facilities Department of Hajjah Health Office Abdulhakim al-Buqa confirmed that the ministerial evaluation committees targeted, over seven days, 70 private medical centers in Hajjah districts, pointing out that the violated centers were turned into clinics due to the lack of application of the quality system, conditions and standards.
