Hodeida Electricity condemns aggression’s detention diesel ship

Al-Hodeida Electricity condemned in a statement the aggression coalition's seizure of the "Golden Eagle" ship loaded with diesel for electricity sector.

In a statement received by Yemeni News Agency (Saba), Hodeida Electricity considered preventing the ship from entering Hodeida port despite obtaining a permit from the United Nations, a flagrant violation of the armistice, and an arbitrary measure to double Yemeni people's suffering, led by the people of hot areas in Tihama.

The statement held the United Nations responsible for irresponsible practices, calling for pressure on the aggression coalition to release the ship and allow it to enter Hodeida port.

The statement denounced the international community silence regarding the continuous violations of the armistice by the aggression countries, stressing that the silence will result in a doubling Yemeni people's suffering, especially since diesel is primarily intended for health facilities operation and vital sectors in Yemen.
