Hodeida:The office of the General Authority for Zakat in Hodeida governorate has contributed 500 bags of cement to aid the paving and construction project for the "Bahrah-Anatrah Village" road located in Bura'a District. This initiative is part of the office's community partnership projects implemented across various districts within the governorate.
According to Yemen News Agency, the eight-kilometer-long road benefits approximately 8,000 residents from the villages of Al-Khadra, Al-Ma'ardah, Kahal, Sha'ib, and Anatrah. The completion of the road is crucial as it significantly improves the mobility of citizens and reduces the challenges involved in transporting goods and necessities.
Muhammad Al-Burai, who is responsible for community partnerships at the governorate's Zakat Authority office, stated that this contribution aligns with the Authority's ongoing efforts to support community initiatives aimed at executing service and development projects. These projects are designed to meet citizens' needs and enhance the level of services in their areas.
Al-Burai highlighted that the support for this project is a response to the local residents' efforts and initiative in cutting and paving the road. He emphasized the critical role of community partnerships in finalizing projects that benefit citizens and alleviate transportation difficulties.
