Hodeidah:The General Authority of Zakat's office in Hodeidah Province has introduced a new electronic system for collecting zakat revenues, aiming to modernize the financial and administrative operations within the region.
According to Yemen News Agency, Deputy Office Director Hamid Al-Ezzi highlighted that the system is designed to simplify collection procedures, enhance transparency and integrity, and improve the overall quality of work. This initiative is expected to strengthen the trust between the authority and zakat payers.
The launch of the electronic system is part of the authority's broader efforts to utilize modern technology, streamline procedures, and increase the efficiency of transactions. The project's supervisory committee has lauded the provincial office for its cooperation in preparing and facilitating the system's implementation.
