The Ministry of Human Rights denounced the hotel government's stance towards the Yemenis stranded in Sudan.
The ministry expressed in a statement - received on Tuesday by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) - its dissatisfaction with the hotel government's failure to move to evacuate them, and its willful disregard for the difficult conditions they live in as a result of the fighting in Sudan, in addition to its responsibility for the delay in their monthly allowances, and the failure to provide means to transport them to safe places.
The statement held the aggression coalition and its tools responsible for the dangers Yemeni students are exposed to, deliberately underestimating their lives and conditions, and obstructing their safe return to Yemen.. calling on the United Nations and humanitarian organizations to participate in their evacuation, and to provide them with assistance, like other nationalities that are evacuated.
The Ministry of Human Rights stated that the most prominent causes of suffering for the Yemeni community in Sudan are the continued restrictions imposed by the coalition countries on Sana'a airport, and the politicized international stances towards humanitarian files.
It appreciated the human gesture of the political leadership. Represented by the President of the Supreme Political Council, and his directives to address the academic conditions of male and female students returning from Sudan.
