A team from the Yemeni Red Crescent and the German Red Cross inspected Sunday the most important needs of the Red Crescent Society branch in Hodeidah governorate.

The Group was briefed on the projects and programs implemented by the Assembly during the first half of this year, as well as the constraints encountered in the implementation of those projects.

The Group's heard an explanation from the head of the Society's branch in Hodeida, Nuriya Al-Hashdi, about the activities of the branch during the past period of the year and the difficulties encountered in the conduct of the work.

The President of the Society valued the Group's role in assessing and identifying the necessary needs of projects and programs that contribute to alleviating the suffering of citizens.

It noted the cooperation of the local authority and the branch of the Supreme Council for the Management and Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs in overcoming the difficulties of the Assembly's activities.
