Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri stated that Iran’s Armed Forces are working to achieve the highest level of deterrence in the face of the threats posed by enemies.

Major General said, “We have set the goal of reaching the peak of deterrence so that the enemies will not have the courage to even dream about attacking Iran”.

Baqeri noted that the Iranian Ground Forces play a fundamental role in the establishment of sustainable deterrence, promotion of durable security in the country and along border areas, support for the resistance front, and frustration of the enemy’s strategies.
