An Islamic Jihad group military leader was killed in a raid carried out at a housing unit in the Gaza Strip, Israel army said Friday.

In a military operation, Iyad al-Hasani was assassinated today, spokesman for the Israeli army said.

Israel's aircraft launched a series of raids on some residential buildings, sites of the Palestinian resistance and agricultural plots of land in the Strip.

Since the Israeli aggression for the fourth day in a row, the number of martyrs reached 33, while more than 110 others were wounded.
