Israeli occupation forces on Monday targeted Palestinian fishermen in the sea north of Gaza and farmers east of Khan Younis province, south of the Gaza Strip.

The statement noted that Israeli soldiers opened fire with their heavy machine guns and fired tear gas canisters at agricultural land.

The Israeli occupation forces' incursion coincides with the continued flight of reconnaissance aircraft over Gaza.
