Amman: The UK-based ITV News captured on their camera Israeli forces shooting and killing a Palestinian civilian despite waving a white flag in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza. ITV reported that the victim was among five men "doing their best to appear peaceful" to the Israeli soldiers.
