Kuwait's Fahad Salmeen won Thursday a bronze medal at Sport Diving World Senior and Junior Championships in Estonia that will run until Saturday.

Speaking to KUNA over the telephone, Talal Sarhan, head of Kuwaiti Diving and Lifesaving Club, said Sameen's medal won today is one of the team's accolades totaling 25 bagged over the last period, three of which were obtained by Salmeen.

Although the club is established three years ago, Kuwait's team has divers able to make brilliant performance in the next world competitions, he said.

He referred to keenness of the club to continue partake in the tournaments to bag new medals for the country.
