He said, "The martyr president was a dear brother and companion from an early stage, and has great contributions in various stages of Revolutionary struggle and countering US-saudi coalition aggression ".
The leader of the revolution reiterated that Yemen did not represent a threat to Saudi Arabia, adding that they themselves was always the aggressor of Yemen and interfere in its affairs on a continuous basis, indicating that the Saudi negative policies toward Yemen are well known.
"We have not launched a war on Saudi Arabia a day from Yemen, and Saudi Arabia has always been the aggressor," he said.
He pointed out that the Saudi authority should change its hostile attitude and negative outlook towards Yemen.
He pointed out that Saudi Arabia is required to change its vision of Yemen to hoping the country to be weak and torn.
"We have always offered to establish relations with Saudi Arabia on the basis of good neighborliness and non-interference in internal affairs.
The problem of Saudi Arabia is not that they have concerns that the situation in Yemen poses a threat to it, but in the ceiling of the relationship and they want Yemen to be weak and vulnerable to."
He pointed out that the Saudis should be convinced that the factor of reassurance and stability is the establishment of a relationship of mutual respect and good neighborliness with Yemen.

Sayyed al-Houthi stressed that the coalition of aggression reached a dead end in this battle. "We have an important horizon as a result of our steadfastness in the confrontation," he said.
He pointed out that the region is witnessing a serious crisis and major events linked to the American and Israeli intervention in the manufacture of these events.
He pointed out that America is benefiting from the region's regimes' instruments, which have spared a lot of human and material costs.
He said that America is benefiting from the events of the region on the economic level and the realization of conspiracies and important goals for them.
"We have strategic, vital, sensitive and influential goals that can be targeted in the event of any escalation in Hodeidah and the forces of aggression understand what we mean," he said.
"The horizon for us is our insistence on achieving freedom and independence and access to total freedom of American dependency and the ability to confront the Israeli enemy."
The leader of the revolution reiterated that there are complications caused by the side of the aggression coalition and mercenaries and an attempt to evade the Swedish agreement.
He pointed out that the Swedish agreement was based on giving the United Nations a supervisory role in the port of Hodeidah and neutralizing Hodeidah militarily, while maintaining its administrative and security status related to the authorities in Sanaa.
"The coalition of aggression tried to circumvent the administrative and security issue in the Hodeidah agreement, and they bears the responsibility to impede implementation," he said.
"There is now an opportunity to implement the first step in the Swedish agreement and reach understandings on the concept of port-related operations based on the implementation of the initial withdrawal of Emiratis and traitors from some areas," he affirmed.
"We made offers to the United Nations to implement the first steps related to ports, but they wanted the delay so as not to appear embarrassing due to the intransigence of the other party and to show an advanced step in favor of the national party," he added.
On the file of the prisoners, sayyed Abdul-malik said that this file is humanitarian in the first place and we were making a diligent effort to address it and offer all the offers ..
He pointed out that there was an understanding reached during the negotiations in Jordan on the prisoners based on the basis of a specific batch exchange, and the other party returned to obstruction and delay in the implementation of what has been agreed upon,stressing.
He pointed out that the other side does not care about their prisoners, and this inhumane treatment of the prisoners file presents a terrible picture of them, "In many cases, the prisoners are dealt with brutally even in the battlefield, and there is a treatment unrelated to the values of Islam or of morality toward the prisoners," he said.
He pointed out that there are arbitrary restrictions and measures imposed by the countries of aggression on Yemen in violation of international law and the Security Council resolutions, adding that these arbitrary restrictions constitute collective punishment of the people.
The leader of the revolution blamed the coalition for the dire humanitarian and economic situation in Yemen. "We must move further to turn all oppressive measures against our people to be motives to deter aggression" he said.
He stressed that if the practices of unjust aggression continue, the Yemeni people have the right to develop means of deterrence, whether at the level of naval force or military force in general.
With regard to the British role, the leader of the revolution explained that Britain still holds colonialism tendency and has a colonial history in Aden and the southern provinces, which is present alongside America in all the files of the region and is present in the Yemeni file.
He also stressed that the legitimacy of the oppressed people of Yemen in its right position, adding that what the coalition of aggression is doing is interference in our internal affairs and have no right to do so.
He pointed out that the coalition of aggression wants to control Yemen and make it subject to America and with Israel.
The leader of the revolution urged the government to work on developing performance and reaching a national vision to address the imbalances of the past.
The leader of the revolution expressed the hope that there will be a positive future role played by the House of Representatives and the Shura Council in improving the work of anti-corruption bodies.
At the regional level, Sayyed al-Houthi explained that the forces of resistance in the Arab and Islamic region have very strong steps and are very important in the face of American decisions.
He stressed that the US and their tools will fail in their projects in the region.
The leader of the revolution stressed that the Yemeni people's relations on the Islamic arena with Hezbollah and the resistance axis as a whole are based on commune religion and brotherhood, as the people seek to be to cooperate with others.
"We are ready to have positive and excellent relations with all the people of our nation," he said.
"Our relationship with Hezbollah, Iran, the Palestinian people and the Iraqi people is based on the Islamic principles and common principles in anti-American and anti-Israel," he said.
