SANAA, The National Center for Meteorology on Friday warned the vehicle drivers, in a number of provinces, of the sharp decrease in the horizontal visibility due to the mass of dust in the next 24 hours.
The center said in its air bulletin on Friday received a copy of the Yemeni news agency (Saba) that a mass of dust is widespread in the middle of the Arabian Peninsula currently affecting the desert "Rub' al Khali".
The center expected that the dust bloc will move south and affect the deserts of the governorates (Mahara, Hadramout, Shabwa, Marib)
Their impact may include Jawf province and possibly parts of Saada and Bayd provinces but with less intensity.
The Center also warned citizens in the provinces mentioned, the need to take precautions from the effects of the wave of dust, especially those suffering from chest diseases, as well as drivers of vehicles in long lines and in the desert roads of the sharp decline in horizontal visibility.
