Military court in Sana’a begins trial accused of destroying air defense batteries, missiles

The Central Military Court held on Saturday its first session to consider Case No. (31) For the year 1443 AH regarding the destruction of the Yemeni state’s capabilities of missiles and air defense batteries.

Under the supervision of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces at the time, Ali Abdullah Saleh "Afash", in preparation for the planned aggression that the aggression is currently launching against Yemen.

The court decided to publish about the defendants, seize their properties wherever they are found, and postpone until the next session on March 13, 2022 AD.

The defendants who are being tried are:

1. 1-Brigadier-General Ammar Mohammed Abdullah Saleh Al-Ahmar, former undersecretary of the National Security Agency - a fugitive from justice.

1. 2-Lincoln Bloomfield – Assistant Secretary of State for Military Affairs – a fugitive from justice.

1. 3-Edmund James Hall – the former US ambassador to Yemen during 2001-2004 – a fugitive from justice.

1. 4-Dennis Hadrick – Head of the US State Department’s Arms Removal Office – a fugitive from justice.

1. 5-General – Robert Rommen – the former military attaché at the US Embassy in Sana’a – a fugitive from justice.

1. 6-Hazem Frank, assistant military attaché at the US Embassy in Sana’a – a fugitive from justice.

1. 7-Santo Polizzi – Liaison Officer at the US State Department’s Arms Removal Office – a fugitive from justice.

1. 8-Nils Talbot, a technical expert in the US State Department’s Office of Arms Removal, is a fugitive.

1. 9-Mike Welch – an explosives expert in the US State Department’s Office of Weapons Removal – a fugitive from justice.

1. 10-Cal Kejo – Explosives expert in the US State Department’s Office of Weapons Removal – a fugitive from justice.

1. 11-Ray Zharovich – an explosives expert in the US State Department’s Arms Removal Office – a fugitive from justice.

1. 12-Stephanie Wicker – an employee of the US Embassy in the US State Department – is a fugitive from justice.

1. 13-Hania Sloper – an employee of the US Embassy in the US State Department – is a fugitive from justice.
