The military media aired on Monday a footage of an offensive operation by the army and popular committees to cleanse dozen of sites north of al-Jouba district in Marib province.

The footage showed the progress of the army and popular committees moving in two ways from the center of al-Jouba district cleansing a number of mountain ranges and many villages where the mercenaries were holed up.

In the first path, the army and popular committees managed to cleanse Jabal al-Zabl and Jabal al-Sahl, moving through the areas of al-Mahwal, al-Aqla, Ya'ara village, al-Hujairia, and Wadi al-Khathlah until they reached al-Amud Mountain and village.

In the second route, they started from the Nuzaila Mountains through the areas of Al-Aqil, Jabal Al-Aswad, Jabal Al-Hamra and the Budaiya mountain range, Um Reesh camp and Jabal Barq Al-Sama'a, all the way to Jabal Ara'aish.

According to the military media, the enemy's human losses during the operation are estimated at more than 140 individuals, who were killed and injured and dozens were captured. Over 40 vehicles were destroyed and tens were seized.
