The Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami, inaugurated Wednesday the National Resilience Program in the city of Zabid, Hodeida Governorate.
At the inauguration, which was attended by the Assistant Undersecretary of Hodeida Governorate, Mutahar Al-Hadi, and Director of the District, Yahya Abbad, Al-Dailami reviewed the program's objectives and the tasks and responsibilities assigned to its implementation.
He stressed that the program, which is being implemented by government agencies and offices, aims to enhance the effectiveness of the field presence of state institutions in serving the community.
The Minister of Human Rights touched on the mechanisms of going to state institutions and agencies and directorates, to launch the national resilience program, and to strengthen the relationship between state agencies and society.
He stressed the importance of everyone shouldering responsibility to overcome challenges and resolve societal conflicts, pointing to the keenness of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council to make the program a success.
During the inauguration, Al-Dailami listened to clarification from the directors of the executive offices about the difficulties facing the health, education and water sectors, stressing that they will be submitted to the competent authorities to address them.
He also heard from the Director of the Historic Cities Preservation Authority an explanation of the problems related to construction and the role that the concerned authorities can contribute to preserving the city's architectural character.
Minister Al-Dailami discussed with a number of citizens aspects related to the National Resilience Program.
For his part, the Undersecretary of Al-Hodeidah Governorate praised the interaction of the people of Zabid and their honorable stances in the face of the aggression, praising the efforts made by the local authority in the district to improve services.
