Mohammed Al-Houthi stresses importance of implementing training programs for Imam Ali’s Charter to Malik al-Ashtar

Member of the Supreme Political Council, Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, on Saturday stressed the importance of implementing training programs for Imam Ali’s Charter to Malik al-Ashtar, which deals with management science in accordance with the Islamic vision.

Al-Houthi praised the direction of the Ministry of Telecommunications and Information Technology to launch a qualification program for its leaders for the concept of management and leadership in the light of the Imam Ali’s Charter to Malik al-Ashtar, calling on all sectors of the state to follow the example of the Ministry of telecommunications in this aspect.

He pointed out that the Imam Ali’s Charter to Malik al-Ashtar clarifies how to manage the state and deal with people in a sophisticated and fair manner, touch their needs, and explain the real concepts of the rulers.

In the inauguration, the Minister of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Eng. Misfer Al-Numeir, indicated that the Charter of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib is a balance between officials and Allah on one side and people on the other side from the premise and position of responsibility.

Al-Numeir affirmed the importance of the Charter document, especially with the battle of awareness in the face of the world’s arrogant countries, America and Israel, which today represent the axis of deviation and distortion at the cultural level.

He pointed out that the Ministry of Telecommunications aims to build capacities and qualify the leaders of the cadres of the telecommunications sector, starting with the minister, undersecretaries, heads of agencies, general managers and ending with directors of departments.

The Minister of Telecommunications indicated that one of the most important objectives and outputs of this program is the briefing and application of the vision of the Qur’an and the guidance flags for public office and responsibility, public money and towards employees and the public, in addition to honesty in responsibility.
