More than 10 tons of expired foodstuffs destroyed in capital Sana’a

The Office of Industry and Trade in the capital Sana'a destroyed on Tuesday ten tons and 450 kilograms of expired foodstuffs.

The director of the Office of Industry in the capital Sana'a, Majed Al-Sada, told the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the destruction was carried out in accordance with legal procedures, indicating that the destroyed materials included cheese, yogurt and juices.

Al-Sada stressed the continuation of the control and inspection of markets and shops, and the control of price and catering violations.
