Posted on June 30, 2022 By Web Desk

The National Military Committee to discuss violations of the UN armistice, monitor the ceasefire and open roads left Sana'a on Thursday heading to the Jordanian capital, Amman, to participate in the new round of the UN-sponsored talks.

Head of the committee Major General Yahya Al-Razami said that the committee will discuss with the concerned parties the issue of military violations and opening of roads.

He expressed his hope that the discussions would contribute to finding satisfactory solutions that alleviate the suffering of Yemenis, reiterating the national side's keenness on peace options and positive engagement in accordance with the humanitarian and military armistice agreement.
