SANAA, The armed forces spokesman on Friday affirmed that the army, supported by popular forces, launched a surprise attack on the saudi-led mercenaries' sites in Bayda killing and injuring dozens, including the so-called Fadhha front commander who belongs to the forces of mercenaries.
Brig. Yahya Sarie said that the attack which took place in Fadhha, Juribat led to destroying dozens of the military vehicles and other military equipment belonging to the mercenaries' troops.
This operation was preceded by intelligence information which affirmed that the mercenaries were planning to launch an attack on the sites of army adding that operation which took place in Fadhha foiled the scheme, caused a panic state amid the enemy's forces and a great numbers of which fled, he affirmed.
He affirmed that operation is only the first in a series of of future operation, hiding new surprises, that the army vowed to launch on them.
He affirmed that the enemy launched en vain several air strikes to support its troops.
