An elderly Palestinian man on Saturday succumbed to wounds sustained by Israeli fire near the Hawara military checkpoint south of Nablus in the northern West Bank.

Kawareek was wounded along with other two Palestinians when Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a vehicle near the Hawara checkpoint.

Earlier on Friday, Israeli occupation killed a 16-year-old Palestinian boy in the Al-Mughair village, northeast of the occupied West Bank city of Ramallah.
